  official affiliated members and NMCs to

• Decide approval and disapproval of
  affiliated and recognized organization
  members to General Meeting
• Selection of Masterships martial arts
• Selection of Masterships host city
• Submission of the matters
  regarding business planning, budget,
  auditing, result of the business, and
  settlement to General Meeting
• To deal with the urgent matters, and report
  important matters to the next General
  Meeting
• Administration of the matters authorized
  or decided in General Meeting
• Administration of any kind of business
