takes a Positive Step Forward in the Journey of becoming IOC Recognized

On May 3rd, 2022 at the Lotte Hotel Seoul, President of the WMC & Chungcheongbuk-do Province Governor Si Jong LEE hosted a banquet with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Members in Asia who visited Korea for the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) Advisory Committee meeting.

The Japanese Olympic Committee (JOC) President Yasuhiro Yamashita (Japan), Mongolian Olympic Committee (MNOC) President Battushik Batbold (Mongolia), Hong Zhang (China), Samira Asghari (Afghanistan), Yuki Ota (Japan) IOC Members joined with Korea-based IOC Members Kee-Heung Lee of the Korea Sports & Olympic Committee (KSOC) President and Seung Min Ryu, International Sports Strategy Foundation (ISF) President who participated in this banquet organized by WMC.

Through this occasion, the World Martial Arts MasterShips Committee (WMC) re-confirmed its full devotion to disseminate the core spirit of the Olympic Movement, by contributing to world peace and the co-prosperity of humankind through martial arts and sports.

The WMC also promised to fulfill its objectives to promote and develop World Martial Arts MasterShips as the world's best international martial arts and sports event for all martial artists.
